What brings you joy?
Did you know that you can decrease your susceptibility to illness by reducing stress? There are many things that can help reduce stress. One of those things is doing something that makes you happy or joyful.
There is a lot going on in the world these days. Add in work, bills, chores, health, relationships, and other responsibilities and things can get intense. It is very important to remember to not be so serious, lighten up, have fun, and LAUGH.
My dog is a big source of joy for me. She makes me laugh all the time and also shows me what unconditional love looks like. I also love being in nature, talking to friends, going to the beach, watching a comedy, making art and crafts, and working with plants.
