Perfect

Can we just throw out the word, and the idea of perfect???
Perfectionism is a way many of us self-sabotage. Perfect is not real. Perfect is a lie.
I am not perfect, and if you are looking for a perfect health and wellness coach, you will need to keep looking.

I work with people at their level of readiness, with no judgement. I am not here to judge anyone. I am definitely in a different place than when I started, but am still far from perfect, and have farther to go on my own journey. When I started this journey, it appears I thought wine and vodka mixed with diet soda were forms of hydration. I used drugs when I wanted to. I was smoking 2-3 packs of cigarettes a day and was vaping and using nicotine gum or patches if I was in a situation where I could not smoke. Almost all of my ideas about what was nutritionally healthy are completely opposite of what I know to be healthy now. I don’t even think I knew what a green juice was, or a detox for that matter. I was not moving much, did not understand or use proper supplementation, was on a ton of prescription and over the counter medications, was using highly toxic products, was not addressing emotional or spiritual health, and that is just to name a few things.

So, I get it! We all have to start somewhere. Wherever you are is perfect, just make some small changes and get started! I also have over a decade of experience in my previous career delving into personal issues with others in a space of non-judgement. I create a safe space to work and look at your health and wellness needs holistically. (Don’t forget to laugh too!)
