Are you a priority in your own life?
My life began changing when I realized I needed to make myself a priority and make an investment in my health and wellbeing.
It took most of my life to understand that to see change, I have to make an investment in myself, my health, and my wellbeing -and especially that I am worth doing so. I am worth the time, the money, and the effort necessary for good physical, mental and spiritual health. One way that I have used self-sabotage was by thinking that I could make changes in my life and my health, without any real investment in myself and without putting myself first.
I am worth the money it costs to work with teachers and coaches who know more than I do.
I am worth the money it costs to buy food, supplements, and other products that are not full of cancer causing and hormone disrupting chemicals.
I am worth my own time to shop for and prepare healthy foods and products.
I am worth the time it takes to go on a walk, do yoga, meditate, go to the beach, work on spiritual health.
I am worth having boundaries, saying no, and ensuring my needs are met.
