How many times a day do you tell yourself that you can’t do something, be something, achieve something, etc.?
I found that I did this A LOT! I have been doing things over the last few years that I had always said I could not do. What a lie I was telling myself!
Consider listening for the words “I can’t” and looking at what fears are holding you back. Self-sabotage comes in many forms, but always gets in the way of goals, happiness, holistic health, and fulfillment. It also comes with the cost of further damage to self-worth and creating negative self-fulfilling prophecies. If you tell yourself you can’t you most likely won’t even try.
