Healthy tip: Start your day by flooding your body with nutrients.

I like to start my day with a walk, and then sitting in the sun out back with Lucy and a green juice.

Every morning when you eat or drink, you are breaking a fast (break-fast).
Making your first meal of the day a green juice is such a great thing to do for yourself.

This one is so good (even though it is weird color lol) and was just made with what I had in the fridge.  Kale, red leaf lettuce, romaine, carrot, cucumber, apple, pineapple (including core), lemon, and ginger
