You can make a change right now
If you have been watching TV, eating keto or other junk food, not getting movement, feeling stressed, etc. and wonder why your cholesterol and/or blood pressure is high, obesity is setting in, or why you continue to have acid reflux, anxiety, depressed mood, obesity, etc. It is time to make a change.
Look at areas you are willing to make a change and make it. This could be anything! It could be taking a walk, buying more organic foods, making healthier choices in personal care products, taking supplements, drinking a green juice, eating a piece of fruit or vegetable. You could meditate, do some yoga or simple stretches, do something on your to-do list, take a break, get to work... Do it even if you don’t want to. Motivation does not come before action.
Self-sabotage can be hard to notice. Many of us are pros at standing in our own way, and do not recognize that it is happening. If you need help pinpointing how you are sabotaging yourself and your success, health coaching can be very helpful.
