Tip for success

Adding in healthy options is a great place to start. Eventually, the healthy options start to crowd out the unhealthy. Instead of placing all your focus on what you “can’t” have, what you “have to” give up, just start adding in what you do want.

Add fruit, big salads, or more vegetables to meals or as snacks. Add in a walk, a yoga class, a massage, meditation, supplements, more sleep… whatever you are ready for.
