The real breakfast of champions! (was also yesterday’s lunch )

Usually, I start the day off with a green juice, fruit, or salad because every morning you have a great opportunity when breaking-fast to absorb so many nutrients from whole raw foods.

Today, I was running late and craving something worm and cooked. The leftovers of yesterday’s lunch really hit the spot! So simple, yet so good and full of flavor! This meal is also supportive of your liver health, which is VITAL to your overall health.

(all ingredients organic)

Steamed potatoes

Lightly steamed green beans

Sauteed mushrooms, onions and garlic (I use a lot of garlic) in a splash of vegetable broth instead of oil with (pink) salt and pepper to taste.
