Organic, non GMO, whole (unprocessed) foods. This is the answer whether you like it or not. It is simply the truth. If you try it, you will have life proof quickly. If you add in a juice fast, you will be blown away by the changes in your life. No one, literally no one, ZERO people are sick or obese from eating predominately whole foods.
It is helpful to do a food log for a few days to see how close or far away you are from this breakdown. In my own experience, I was WAY over the 10% fat intake. I found it helpful to track what I was eating on the Myplate free ap on my phone to see what this looks like. Once I got the hang of it, I stopped logging my food. I was originally afraid this would be very restrictive and not flavorful or would lack variety. Boy was I wrong! I eat the most delicious food I have eaten in my life.
