How do you relax?

Frankincense is a great way to lower stress and anxiety and promote relaxation. High levels of stress and anxiety have been ways that I have self-sabotaged for as long as I can remember. I have let stress/anxiety not just affect my day, but also my health. I have found that increasing relaxation, presence, and practices that help me feel calm are a much better idea than “fighting” anxiety and stress. Try changing your perspective. One way is focused on adding calm, the other is focused on fight and struggle. Burning the resin or using the essential oil are both great ways to use Frankincense.
