I am still a work in progress, and continue working on health and fitness, but man have I come a long way! Obesity and poor health had been lifelong problems for me until I started listening to my friend who is a HMI Health Coach and eventually became an HMI Health Coach myself! So much gratitude for Liana and @healthmasteryinstitue
I started by switching the way I eat to a plant-based diet. I stopped drinking, smoking, and began the process of coming off prescription and OTC drugs (as well as recreational). I began incorporating more self care and learning more about holistic health including body, mind, spirit. Over time I learned how to eat more whole foods and I began incorporating green juices. I then began detoxing and doing cleanses. My current focus is to consistently keep my fat intake at 10-15%.
Honestly, I was scared each step of the way, but I did it anyway. I have used a lot of self-sabotage through my entire life. I can help you identify where you are sabotaging yourself. There have been many times on this journey that it has not looked pretty. I have thrown fits, cried, and stood directly in my own way. I did not give up on myself and I will not give up on you either! If you want things in your life to change, you have to make changes.
