Free 20 minute exploratory session.
Schedule your complementary 20 minute session to see how my practice works. You will be able to explore goals and discuss services, programs, and levels of support that will help you meet your goals. This gives you an opportunity to talk with me, ask questions, and start your transformation.
Initial Health & Wellness Consultation $200
During this session, you will discuss your health and wellness concerns. Amy will provide you with recommendations and education on nutrition, supplementation, and other resources for holistic health and wellness based on the discussion and the questionnaire you will complete prior to the session. Amy will provide you with a thorough written health and wellness plan within 7 business days of the consultation.
50 minute session (same issue)
Follow up session: 50 minute follow up session $125

4 session package $450
(All sessions must be used within 6 weeks)
6 session package $675
(All sessions must be used within 8 weeks)
You will receive one 60 minute initial telephone session including a personalized Wellness plan based on a thorough health questionnaire and information gathered in the session. Three or Five 50 minute telephone sessions depending on the package. 2 Emails or text messages per week Monday-Friday (All must be used in 6 or 9 weeks depending on the package).
All sales are final.
Maintain and sustain program $250 per month
(3 month commitment, must have had an initial consultation with Amy)
For the person who is not experiencing acute issues, and although doing well wants to have support in order to stay on track.
This package includes a 60 minute goal planning session and 2 motivational 50 minute phone calls and 2 email or text check in’s (to be used in the calendar month).

Guided HMI cleanses (66 day Health Mastery, Heal Candida Now, and Juice Fast and Parasite Cleanse)
I find that there is a big difference between doing a cleanse on my own, and with one on one support. This is especially helpful for those who have a hard time following through/staying on track and for individuals that feel anxiety or fear related to cleansing.
Monthly Cleanse packages (2 month commitment required, all services must be used within a 10 week period).
One 30 minute call per week with Amy. $300 per month
One 45 minute call per week and 3 text message questions/support a week between the hours of 9am -6pm Monday-Friday, $400 per month
Two 30 minute calls per week and daily text message questions/support between the hours of 9am -6pm Monday-Friday. $750 per mon
